Johari window:
Johari Window Interpretation:
After receiving feedback from a half a dozen of current and past coworkers, the biggest shock in my blind spot, was that the majority of respondents stated that I was knowledgeable. Yet, for some reason, this was not an answer i chose myself, perhaps due to modesty, or the realization everyday that the more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't understand.
Other points of feedback that could potentially be seen as weaknesses are "Silly" and "Spontaneous". These are definitely two areas which will need to be improved upon in order to ensure aspiration achievement.
